Founded in 2015, Reverse Resources (RR) has been at the forefront of driving the circular agenda in the textiles and fashion industry through our innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. It’s a data-driven supply chain management tool for waste, offering real-time data, transparency and market insight both to the industry and the public sector. We connect brands with recycling partners and provide recyclers with access to high-quality waste in a transparent and cost-effective way. Our focus areas include compliance (e.g. improving working conditions in the waste handling sector), conducting waste mapping reports for global brands and recycling technologies, and assessing the potential of the emerging chemical recycling sector. We’re already engaging and working with 18 of the largest global fashion brands and leading textile-to-textile recyclers.
About the opportunity
Job title: Sales and Commercial Manager
Location: Remote (within +/- 2 hour timezone to our HQ in Estonia)
We’re excited to find a Sales and Commercial Manager who’s passionate about brand management and making an impact in the circular and sustainable economy. If you’ve got a history of successfully creating and launching go-to-market strategies, we’d love to talk. In this role, you’ll be driving growth, managing important accounts, and forging strong, lasting connections with leading brands and corporate partners in the textile industry. We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced but genuinely excited about taking our sales efforts to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including major corporate brands and serve as the main point of contact for high-profile accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to pick up and advance conversations with potential clients, understanding their pain points, and driving the deal to closure.
- Leverage your experience with big corporate brands to develop and nurture relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Apply your in-depth knowledge of the textile industry to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimally, 5 years of experience in sales and commercial management, preferably in the apparel sector with a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and key players.
- Knowledge in textile/fashion/textile-recycling-related topics.
- Demonstrated success in managing global sales operations and working with international clients.
- Extensive experience working with large corporate brands, understanding unique challenges, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Ability to work within +/- 2 hours timezone to our HQ in Estonia, with flexibility for occasional travel.
