It’s a data-driven supply chain management tool for waste, offering real-time data, transparency and market insight to the industry and the public sector. We connect brands with recycling partners and provide recyclers with access to high-quality waste transparently and cost-effectively. Our focus areas include compliance (e.g. improving working conditions in the waste handling sector), conducting waste mapping reports for global brands and recycling technologies, and assessing the potential of the emerging chemical recycling sector. We’re already engaging and working with the 18 largest global fashion brands and leading textile-to-textile recyclers.

About the opportunity

Job Title: Marketing specialist
Location: Remote (Dhaka/Bangalore)

We’re looking for a creative and motivated marketing specialist to join our global team of professionals dedicated to making a difference in the world of textile waste. 

You’ll fit right in if you’ve created and managed successful email journeys and campaigns, organised webinars and supported sales teams at in person events. You’ve a keen eye for details, are familiar with the intricacies of the textile industry and know how to craft messages that delight customers. Fast paced and collaborative environments energise you, and you want to be part of a growing team. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and manage compelling email marketing campaigns, including crafting email journeys, segmentation, and personalisation to ensure effective communication with our customers.
  • Set up and manage online and offline events such as webinars, trade shows, and conference attendance.
  • Create and update sales support materials and presentations.
  • Develop landing pages, forms, website copy to support seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with external partners to execute marketing activities.
  • Update and maintain social media presence. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social media. 
  • Measure, analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Intercom, and Customer.io
  • Experience in building and managing customer lists, optimising messaging, testing, and improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Skilled in event management, including the setup and coordination of webinars.
  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • More than 3 years of experience or demonstrated interest  in marketing communications, preferably within a textile, SaaS, or tech startup environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Extra credit: basic graphic design and video editing skills.
