About the opportunity

We are looking for a Platform Support Officer to ensure our customers receive outstanding support, helping them navigate our platform and maximise its value. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about customer service and sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Remote/Hybrid/Full time

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via various channels – phone, email, live chat, tickets, and internal systems
  • Handle and prioritise requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and our platform’s functionality to provide effective solutions
  • Investigate, document, and report product malfunctions or technical issues
  • Keep customers informed about new features and updates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Collect and organise customer feedback to help improve our platform
  • Provide regular reports on customer interactions, queries, and trends to the Manager

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • A degree in Information Technology, a relevant diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support or similar role
  • Familiarity with help desk software, remote support tools, and CRM systems
  • Experience using support ticketing systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
