It’s a data-driven supply chain management tool for waste, offering real-time data, transparency and market insight both to the industry and the public sector. We connect brands with recycling partners and provide recyclers with access to high-quality waste in a transparent and cost-effective way. Our focus areas include compliance (e.g. improving working conditions in the waste handling sector), conducting waste mapping reports for global brands and recycling technologies, and assessing the potential of the emerging chemical recycling sector. We’re already engaging and working with 18 of the largest global fashion brands and leading textile-to-textile recyclers.
About the opportunity
Job Title: Sales and Account Co-ordinator
Location: India
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales and Account Co-ordinator to be at the forefront of advancing the circular economy in textiles. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, solutions-oriented professional to make a real impact. You’ll play a vital role in B2B sales, stakeholder engagement, and corporate account management, all while navigating a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
If you have international experience, a deep understanding of digital platforms, sustainability, and the fashion & textile industry, and enjoy working with diverse clients, NGOs, and government bodies, this is your chance to grow with a true scaleup startup.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate new business with leading fashion brands, garment manufacturers, recyclers, and textile waste handlers.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Set and track sales targets in line with company objectives, and report on account status and transactions.
- Monitor sales metrics and suggest strategies for boosting sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in growing our online sales and marketing efforts.
- Handle payment collections, invoice generation, and customer certifications.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management.
- Experience in SaaS platforms/subscriptions Sales, preferably related to trading, marketplaces, traceability and/or supply chain sectors.
- Solid experience in both start-up and corporate work environments.
- Sustainable business practice and/or circular business models insight/experience.
- The ability to work independently/remotely, engaging with commercial, governmental, and NGO stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace products, visualisation, and project management/sales tools.
- Exposure and experience in the textile industry is a big plus.
