Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Remote (within +/- 2 hour time zone to our HQ in Estonia)

We’re looking for a UX Designer with some technical skills to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll not only design intuitive user experiences but also take a hands-on approach to developing interactive prototypes and collaborating with engineers to bring your designs to life. If you love wearing multiple hats, from design to front-end development, and want to help shape a product that’s driving sustainability at a global scale, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with engineers to implement design elements into production code, ensuring smooth integration of user interfaces and interactions.
  • Develop and manage design systems and component libraries that ensure a consistent user experience across all products.
  • Engage with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the final design output aligns with organizational or customer needs.
  • Manage the entire design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualization and final design execution.
  • Conduct in-person user testing to observe behavior, distill insights, and translate them into wireframes and improved design flows.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, deliver high-quality results within deadlines, and adapt to frequent changes and iterations.
  • Create functional prototypes using design tools and development frameworks if needed.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Over 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years as a hands-on designer.
  • Well-versed in data-informed product design and development.
  • Proficiency in UX documentation, including flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • A deep understanding of the connection between research, prototyping, and wireframing in the design process.
  • Ability to use UX tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma and any related tools is a plus.
  • Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and optionally ReactJS.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with regional or global teams, especially in a start-up environment.

What we can offer:

  • A key role in a company that is impact-driven and focused on building a circular business model globally.
  • Close collaboration with the world’s largest fashion brands and their supply chains, working at the forefront of the industry alongside leading textile recyclers worldwide.
  • The chance to make a real difference every day. It is a truly large impact project on a global scale where you feel that you really are contributing to changing the world systematically.
  • A diverse and inclusive team culture where every opinion is valued, and you’ll benefit from a wealth of perspectives that drive innovation and personal growth.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
