About Reverse Resources

Reverse Resources (RR) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform transforming the fashion industry’s approach to textile waste. We’re paving the way for a fully circular fashion industry by making textile waste a valuable resource. Our role is to assist brands in connecting their textile waste with recycling partners and to assist recyclers in accessing high-quality waste in a transparent and cost-effective manner.

Founded in 2015, RR has been at the forefront of driving the circular agenda in the textiles and fashion industry. Our programs/projects team works alongside key organisations in this sector. We serve as the data and traceability partner through our SaaS platform, and as a key knowledge partner, sharing our hands-on experiences and insights. Our programs department works across the entire circular value chain, covering both pre- and post-consumer textile waste streams. Our focus areas include compliance (e.g. improving working conditions in the waste handling sector), conducting waste mapping reports for global brands and recycling technologies, and assessing the potential of the emerging chemical recycling sector.

About you

We seek an innovative, punctual and experienced problem solver to join the growing team of Reverse Resources to assist us. You have to function in a highly dynamic environment and knowledge of digital product platforms, sustainability/circularity in the fashion & textile industry, and dealing with a diverse client base, NGOs and government organisations would be of benefit. We are a true scaleup startup, so you will have a chance to grow with us. 


  • Financial Statement Maintenance Monthly
  • All VAT-related calculations, legal documentation, and submissions.
  • Meticulous documentation and accurate calculations for TDS.
  • Managing accounting for WHT across all stakeholders.
  • Petty cash management with exact explanation/s & record keeping of expenditure
  • Bookkeeping and all physical voucher maintenance.
  • Preparation of FDI return per quarter and submission.
  • Working with the lawyers and team in finalizing Audit @ Corporate Tax
  • Other Admin-related work (Different formats such as AGM, Form C, applications, bank documents, tickets, hotels) for two companies.
  • Visa Application and travel documentation.
  • Invoicing and debtor/creditor management
  • Banking and Lawyer management support

Job Requirements

  • University degree, preferably major in Accounting & Finance
  • At least 4-5 years of work experience with similar responsibilities.
  • Strong PC skills, like MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup), Word and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized, Detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
